334 – Weston Trapp (Falconer/Former Sniper)

By August 13, 2018June 7th, 20224 Comments

Weston likes a challenge. He gets things done. At the moment, he’s off on a month-long hunting trip in the Colorado Rockies. He took up falconry as a way to transition out of a hyper-vigilant war consciousness back into something more appropriate to suburban Boulder. Thoughtful, generous, tough. I like this guy.

This interview has me thinking about the violent nature of humans. The falconry thing seems like another outlet for this guy to be involved in killing. This isn’t my favorite episode.

    Hi Chris,

Love your episodes. Listening to the latest episode with WestonTrap it was mentioned that Mr Roger was a sniper and bore sleeve tattoos. I checked it out and it’s not try. It’s just resurfaced rumors.

Wanted to correct that statement and, as with anything, you should check it yourself.

Keep doing what you do man. Loving this podcast.

Ps, when you visited NYC last year I was hoping to connect with you. You met with my friend Dr. Zhana and you guys had a great podcast.

Hey not sure if anyone else was having the issue, but the music in the beginning really drowned out your wonderful voice! Have a great one Chris!
