West has done good work in the past debunking alleged UFO videos –e.g. the Chilean ‘contrail’ UFO promoted by Leslie Kean a few years ago — but his “it can’t be therefore it isn’t” attitude has forced him to grasp at straws in his trying to ‘prove’ there’s absolutely nothing exotic in the Navy videos.
And, most importantly, he fails to explain the visual observations of the pilots and the testimony of Fravor and Dietrich.
Now to be fair with him, he has only a few seconds of crappy video footage to work with. And that was a deliberate move by those who artificially tried to pump this story to the media. The videos IMO were deliberately edited to remain ambiguous, and the people have a reason to ask why.
