A few months after Sex at Dawn came out, I received the greatest honor a writer can hope for: readers in various cities self-organized and made arrangements for me to come speak in their city. They rented a space, advertised, sold tickets, printed t-shirts... All I had to do was show up and talk about prehistoric sexuality. Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco ... every city was amazing in different ways. Here, you'll see some shots of the event in Portland, where we nearly sold-out a 650-seat theater on a rainy Wednesday night in November. Incredible. In the last photo, you'll see me with Gabriella and Amanda, who were responsible for the success of the night.
