SSSS 2012

Cassie and I were honored to receive the Ira and Harriet Reiss Theory Award from the most prominent professional organization of sex researchers in the United States: the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS). The purpose of the Ira and Harriet Reiss Theory Award is to "highlight and support theoretical advances in social science theories concerning human sexuality." We flew to their annual conference in Tampa to accept the award and give a plenary talk. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people: both prominent researchers and very promising students.
