Vanthropology

Since buying a red Sprinter van in 2017, Chris has spent summers driving around the western US and Canada, meeting up with listeners along the way. Scarlett Jovansson is a homebase for a vanthropologist to explore the backroads. You can follow these trips on Instagram via @thatchrisryan, or the hashtags #scarlettjovansson and #vanthropology.

In an effort to keep the 2021 meetups Covid friendly, we are hoping to do these mostly outdoors, but also somewhere people could potentially eat & drink. Do you know of a spot in one of the above cities with a large outdoor area to recommend? Do you live on a large piece of land that you want to volunteer where we can gather and have a fire? Email us at 81131podcast@gmail.com to submit an idea!
