Listen to The Voices in My Head

“After a gruelingly weird travel day, we made it to Tbilisi, Georgia — a place I probably didn’t know existed two years ago. I think I was in Chiang Mai, Thailand when I first started hearing about Tbilisi from digital nomad types who were talking about what a cool city this is, and how welcoming Georgia is to foreigners. You get a one-year visa upon entry (most passports). It’s relatively inexpensive, I was told, the people are friendly, the food’s good, and the city is funky and safe. So far (48 hours), I’d say that checks out. I’ll update you as I get a better sense of things here. If anyone reading this has been here and has tips of what to do, where to go, whom to meet, etc., please leave your tips in the comments.”

    Hello Chris gamarjoba,
well, I might be the biggest fan of your work, books, podkast, lifestyle, philosophy etc. from Georgia. I myself live in Berlin but on Monday, July 18 I’m comming to Tbilisi with my familly for a month. If during this time you are still in Georgia, or somewhere nearby and you have time and interrest it will be greatest joy for me to meet you. I have tons of questions and many insights to share with you. You see, inspired from your podkast I was dreaming very silently deep insight to do something similar, but I couldn’t dare, for many reasons, althogh some friends were encouraging me. But when I saw your post, that you are in that godforgotten land, I couldn’t let that chance to meet you go to waste. So if you wish to I’m ready to gather all my courage. Your’s is a last word. I can’t believe it, but I hope to meet you.
If there is no chance, that’s all right. I wish you good time in Georgia and all the best in your life.
Thank you for the knowlegde and courage you gave us all, who has eyes to see and ears to hear.
    Zaza
